Putin’s plan envisages a permanent war in Ukraine, so only by stopping combat actions we will be able to stop acting according to the Russian scenario and win.
Coordinator of the Anti-crisis media center Serhiy Popov expressed this opinion at a briefing in Kyiv, Wednesday, a Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“We can win only when we go out of their plan. I consider that we must go out the framework of the plan on waging the war. If we are in the war – we will lose,” Popov said.
He is convinced that recently adopted laws on Donbas will allow to peacefully settle the political component of the conflict.
